Position: Executive Sous Chef
Location – Saratoga, WY
Salary - $70-$75k + bonus (guaranteed 10%) + housing is provided

Luxury resort property is seeking an Executive Sous Chef with experience in a high volume, multi-outlet environment. Resort and/or hotel experience needed plus must have experience in managing and mentoring a large diverse team.
Qualifications
Hands-on / Mentor with strong leadership skills.
3-5 years’ high-volume experience in luxury resort, fine dining environment.
Strong customer facing experience
Responsibilities
Control and direct the food preparation and execution of Cooking classes plus any other relative duties.
Trains, develops, and leads a team of Sous(2) and Line Cooks(10-12).
Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between coworkers.
