Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Systems & Applications Engineer to bridge the gap between customer engagement, application engineering, and systems engineering. This role is pivotal in developing and optimizing processes for our advanced DLP-based SLA technology. The ideal candidate will be passionate about solving complex problems, engaging directly with customers, and working hands-on with cutting-edge technology, robotics, and AI.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Support
Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and challenges.
Provide technical support during the pre-sales and post-sales processes.
Conduct on-site demonstrations and training sessions to showcase system capabilities.
Application Engineering
Develop and optimize printing processes tailored to specific applications.
Implement Design of Experiments (DoE) methodologies to refine process parameters.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer feedback into product development.
Systems Engineering
Design, develop, and maintain complex systems integrating hardware and software components.
Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance meet industry standards.
Lead troubleshooting efforts and implement solutions for system-level challenges.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Stay abreast of emerging technologies in 3D printing, robotics, and AI.
Propose and implement enhancements to existing systems and processes.
Participate in research and development projects to drive innovation.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in systems engineering, application engineering, or a related role.
Experience with DLP-based SLA technology or similar additive manufacturing processes.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools.
Strong understanding of DoE and statistical analysis methods.
Familiarity with robotics systems and AI integration.
Experience with process development for complex systems.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
