Position: Systems & Applications Engineer – DLP 3D Printing
We’re seeking a highly skilled Systems & Applications Engineer to advance the performance and scalability of our DLP-based SLA 3D printing technology. This role combines customer-facing application development with technical systems engineering, with a core focus on process optimization through Design of Experiments (DoE).
Key Responsibilities
Process Development:
Design and optimize 3D printing workflows using DoE to refine resin formulation, exposure parameters, and hardware performance.
Customer Integration:
Support clients in implementing tailored printing solutions; conduct technical training and application validation.
System Engineering:
Drive hardware/software integration to enhance reliability and throughput across the platform.
Continuous Innovation:
Collaborate on R&D initiatives to advance DLP print performance, automation, and post-processing systems.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering (or related field)
3+ years in additive manufacturing, systems/application engineering, or process development
Hands-on experience with DLP-based SLA 3D printing
Proficient in CAD and statistical analysis tools
Strong background in DoE methodologies and data-driven optimization
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
