UX Content Strategist - Fortune Experience

Experience crafting content and strategy for internal platforms and associate facing tools

Experience creating content for data rich interfaces, translating complex concepts into self-service tools for multiple user types

Technical skills: Figma (design), lucid spark (collab tool…similar to mural or mira whiteboarding tool)

Want someone who is UX minded, but biggest focus is around the content and language

Looking for less focus the external consumer lens or 'marketing' but more on the internal user and tool use

Experiencing helping partners communicating internally to other associate groups (e.g. storytelling, deck making, documentation)

Research experience, understanding users, audiences, stakeholders perspectives

Understanding intent and how to deliver that internally

Systems thinker

Understanding language, terms of teams, creating clear nomenclature

Creating common language, glossary of terms, tools to better communicate

Strong collaborator with partners (product, project management, etc.) and team, can help educate partners on design
