As Engineering Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading architecture decisions, scaling infrastructure, implementing best practices, and mentoring a distributed team. You’ll work cross-functionally with ML, product, and design to ship impactful features at speed.

The Role
Lead and grow a cross-functional team of software engineers (web, mobile, backend)
Define technical vision and drive scalable system architecture decisions
Own delivery of high-quality product features across the full stack
Partner with Product, Design, and ML teams to scope, prioritize, and execute
Implement engineering processes to boost velocity and maintain code quality
Support hiring, onboarding, and career growth across the engineering org
The Person
Strong experience in technical leadership or management roles
Background in full-stack development and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.)
Strong track record scaling consumer or B2B products in startup environments
Deep familiarity with CI/CD, code review, testing, and agile delivery
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
