LHH is working with aviation manufacturer in Ft Worth, TX that is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager.

North East Fort Worth area

25% travel (TX, CA, FL, and Mexico)

Salary range: 185-195k

Bonus potential up to 25% based on division performance

Duties (Summary):

Strategic leadership of site Engineering Teams (7-8 Engineering Managers) across 4 locations

Fluid Connections parts for Commercial and Government sector applications

Direct research and development

Project Management

Customer Technical advisement

Budgeting

Long range work force planning, systems implementation, capital investment planning''

Requirements (Summary):

15 yrs of Engineering experience

6 yrs of management experience

Aerospace Industry Experience Required

Bachelors in Engineering or Science related field minimum, Masters preferred

Need product research and development experience

Understanding of Lean Manufacturing Methodology

Experience with multiple engineering disciplines

Leadership Skills

Public Speaking Skills

Business Acumen
