Are you a land development professional looking to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a Site Development Associate to join a high-performing development team focused on industrial real estate projects across key U.S. markets. This is a dynamic, hands-on role supporting land acquisition, due diligence, site feasibility, and entitlement efforts from concept through groundbreaking.
You’ll play a key part in shaping a rapidly growing industrial portfolio — contributing to strategic site planning, navigating entitlement processes, and coordinating across consultants, municipalities, and internal stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
Analyze site feasibility, zoning, utility infrastructure, and regulatory requirements
Oversee due diligence efforts for potential land acquisitions
Collaborate with civil, environmental, and geotechnical consultants
Support entitlement strategy, applications, and public hearings
Maintain project schedules, coordinate site design, and assist with budgeting
Track evolving regulatory and municipal changes that impact development
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in site development, civil engineering, entitlements, or land use planning
Strong working knowledge of environmental regulations and zoning approvals
Experience in industrial real estate (Mid-Atlantic, particularly PA or NJ markets, a plus)
BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field
Strong initiative, communication skills, and attention to detail
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, but not required
