The organization is a unique software development company based in Mclean Virginia. This post is for a full-time receptionist, with extra assistant tasks. DESCRIPTION:
Day-to-day responsibilities include checking clients in and out, seating them, offering refreshments, answering the phone, making/changing appointments and managing schedules. In essence, the receptionist is responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the front office. In addition, basic task delegation such as confirming schedules and making appointments and bookings is required. Experience with e-mail writing and handling calls is a must.

REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants MUST
- must be able to qualify and maintain security clearance.
- have at least one year of reception experience and have a good understanding of
professional business environments.
- have some administrative experience
- be very friendly and able to calmly handle clients and staff
- be able to carry themselves in a professional manner
- be punctual, responsible, and reliable
- have good written and verbal communication skills (answering the phone and composing emails in a professional manner)

Pay: From $36,000.00 per year excluding bonus and benefits.

Day shift – General hours (09:00-17:00) (alternative hours as needed)
