We’re now hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join our AI and Data Products team. This role is focused on backend engineering and API development in support of next-gen AI products, including natural language models, generative tools, and agentic applications. You’ll help shape the architecture, scalability, and impact of our newest innovations.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and maintain scalable, reliable APIs and backend services for our AI product suite

Design solutions using Python, Kubernetes, AWS, and modern data tools

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, data science) to deliver high-impact solutions

Build and maintain ML-driven pipelines and experiment with emerging technologies like RAG and agent-based models

Contribute to team best practices and mentor junior developers

Participate in agile ceremonies, peer reviews, and architecture discussions

Troubleshoot complex problems and continuously improve performance, security, and maintainability

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong backend focus

Deep expertise in Python and SQL; additional languages welcome

Experience working with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS)

Familiarity with containers and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes

Experience building and scaling APIs and data interfaces

Comfort working with modern ML/AI frameworks (LLMs, chatbots, RAG, etc.)

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Azure DevOps, Terraform)

Bonus: Front-end experience with React/GraphQL or experience with data platforms like Databricks or Spark
