On-site videoconferencing and production operations including weekends
AV/Technical knowledge of current conference room technology (Zoom Room configurations, AV Control Room, etc.)
AV Operations support specialist for client’s controllers, DSP’s and videoconferencing systems.
Review schedules for event requests to ensure equipment is operational
Be available for after hours support as required for broadcast, Video and Audio Conferencing
Connect conference calls
Ensure all microphones are fully charged and operational prior to meeting starts
Upon request, set up in-house and client LCD projectors
Ensure video or PC is properly displayed
Ensure all meeting & Videoconferencing rooms are equipped/stocked with supplies per meeting room requirements
Maintain inventory of A/V consumables for fixed and portable equipment
Testing, troubleshooting and resolving operational occurrences.
Consistently conduct periodic room sweeps to optimize each rooms’ performance.
