Duration: 6 month contract
Location: San Francisco/Bay Area
Pay: $36.50/hr
Key Responsibilities
Concierge Order Experience
(EOQ: ~25 orders per week per person)
Coordinate orders with clients
Build catering orders for external approval
Place orders and support order adjustments
Merchant Order Management and Rapid Acquisition
(EOQ: ~15 orders per week per person)
Coordinate orders with merchants outside our current product scope
Work with merchants to ensure orders meet client needs (e.g., enough food)
Enable catering orders from merchants not previously onboarded into our LO program
Delivery Support
(EOQ: ~5 orders per week per person)
Act as client-facing representative of the company; accompany delivery drivers on high-stakes orders
Provide additional support beyond delivery driver scope (e.g., purchasing last-minute utensils)
Support training and onboarding of new delivery drivers into the catering program
Core Job Requirements
Client-facing experience (restaurant, catering, or account management is a plus)
Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
Strong work ethic, flexible schedule, and a bias toward action
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with an eye for design (e.g., order setup and menu presentation)

Access to a car
Must be within driving distance of the San Francisco metro area
