Adecco Creative is partnering with one of New York’s biggest fashion brands to recruit for a junior Digital Designer. This role will be ongoing contract and a hybrid schedule in Midtown Manhattan. Candidates should have proficiency in Keynote, and a minimum of 2-3 years corporate design experience.

Primary Purpose: Responsible for helping to elevate and differentiate the customer experience in our retail and outlet stores globally. Responsible for supporting training by creating content (seasonal and evergreen) and working collaboratively with team to develop strategy.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in customer experience/retail training/content development to:

Design and write engaging and impactful training content (pdfs, presentations, videos, etc.) for both retail and outlet channels that tie to 360 global values and business priorities.

Collaborate with team to drive a differentiated customer experience in stores by staying up to date on customer shopping needs, competitive best practices, and the luxury service environment (within and beyond retail).

Assist Associate Manager with uploading content in our learning management system

The accomplished individual will possess:

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in content creation and/or retail or hospitality training and development

Ability to work in a collaborative environment

Strong problem solver, team-player and critical thinker

Effective research, reporting/writing, verbal communication and presentation skills

Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task projects in a dynamic, fast paced environment with shifting priorities

Experience using Microsoft Office and Keynote. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and iMovie/Premiere

Strong competency in creating engaging training content and learning tools, including digital/e learning content

Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Ability to implement strategies, measure impact, and make necessary adjustments to achieve objectives

Ability to analyze customer-related data and draw conclusions leading to improvement recommendations

Ability to build effective cross-functional partnerships

Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task projects in a dynamic, fast paced environment with shifting priorities

Luxury brand and retail store experience a plus
