This is an excellent opportunity for someone from a Power Systems or Electrical Engineering background to join one of the only independent businesses in the country that provides a niche power engineering service.

You will be turned into a true, industry specialist within the backup and critical power sector, having ownership on whole projects and being developed to a multi-faceted solutions engineer working client facing and in the workshop to providing this niche service.

Key Responsibilities

Design, development, testing and commissioning for the power systems sector, such as generators / engines / UPS etc

Assisting clients across multiple sectors such as marine, oil and gas, data centers, renewable energy etc

Assist more junior engineers within the business to help upskill the team

Office & workshop based in Greater Houston (Tx), with some hybrid work

Education & Experience

Engineering or technician background

Experience working on power generation equipment

Background in at least one of the following; commissioning, installation, design, testing, validation, maintenance.
