Fullstack Software Engineer (Node.js / React / TypeScript)

Location: San Francisco, CA

Type: Full-Time

Salary: $170,000–$220,000

We’re looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to join our team and help build tools that improve safety and productivity in the construction and insurance industries.

What You’ll Do:

Design and develop fullstack features using Node.js, Postgres, Redis, TypeScript, GraphQL, React, and Next.js.

Ship high-quality code quickly and work closely with cross-functional teams including product and design.

Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape our engineering culture.

Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

5–8 years of experience as a fullstack engineer at fast-paced startups or growth-stage companies.

Strong backend experience with Node.js, Postgres, and GraphQL APIs.

Proficiency in frontend development with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

A track record of shipping products in early-stage environments.

Product-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.

Bonus if you have experience in InsurTech, construction, or actuarial work.

Degree from a top Computer Science program preferred (e.g., Stanford, UC Berkeley, Georgia Tech, Michigan, CMU, etc.).
