FusionSite Servcies is seeking an experienced Senior Integrations Manager to lead the technical training and onboarding of both new and existing FusionSite Services facilities onto the TRUX platform.

The Integrations Manager will be responsible for evaluating performance metrics and driving the standardization of operational workflows to meet strategic objectives. Leveraging deep operational expertise in the waste management sector, including experience in roles such as Operations Manager, dispatching, accounts receivable (AR), and driving, the Integrations Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering advanced, hands-on training. This role will ensure proficiency in operational execution during go-live and post-deployment phases. In addition to technical training on dispatch systems, the focus will extend to refining operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

Work with vendor partner and internal resources to continue development of comprehensive user guides and training manuals that cater specifically to the dispatching process for dumpsters and toilets, covering both system and non-system workflows.

Roll out online learning modules to ensure continuous support and easy access for new hires post-training.

Deliver in-depth training sessions on TRUX, dispatch operations and any other relevant systems/processes.

Provide soft skill straining tailored to the real-world needs of accounts receivable and finance staff to enhance communication and decision-making skills.

Assess employee performance during and after training, offering feedback and reports to management and key stakeholders.

Design and prepare all necessary materials for each training program, ensuring relevance to dispatch user roles.

Actively assist learners as they transition new skills and processes into their day-to-day dispatching activities.

Motivate learners and guide them through any challenges as they adapt to new systems and processes.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years delivering systems training for TRUX and/or related platforms, coupled with soft skills training focused on the financial aspect of operations.

Proven experience in an A/R and finance role, particularly in the dumpsters and toilets industry

Strong ability to develop practical training materials, including user guides, process documentation, and quick reference sheets tailored to dispatch operations.

Ability to adjust training techniques based on various learning styles, ensuring all participants can grasp the material.

Extensive knowledge of the TRUX platform and A/R and finance practices.

Flexibility in traveling to multiple sites for on-site training, with the ability to adapt to evolving schedules based on business demands.

Ability to manage time effectively to prepare, deliver and evaluate multiple training sessions in a row.

The ability to travel 30% - 50% to various work locations.

A suitable workspace for delivering virtual training sessions from home.
