Role: Contract Manager Senior

Duration: 12 Months

Locations: Dallas, TX

Skills:

Must be an expert in Contract review, edits, and negotiations.

Hands on in “Redlining” in contracts and drafting language.

Good understanding of 'Legal Language' in contracts (paralegal background will be nice, not a must)

Good negotiating skills

Background in Contracting, Sourcing, and/or purchasing can be considered (but they should be good in contract language review).

Good understanding of MS Office: Word and Excel

Telecom is preferred (not a must have)

Contracts can come in SaaS, Real estate, IT…etc
