Description:

An Asset Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing a company's Real Estate assets, which include Single family residences an multi-unit properties. Effectively manage to maximize returns, minimize risks, and ensure efficient asset disposition. Key responsibilities involve strategic planning, market analysis, and compliance with regulations.

Manages client assets according to investment preferences and goals.

Meets with clients to assess asset status, needs, risks, goals and progress.

Coordinates with Attorneys, trustees, property managers, brokers and other third parties.

Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

2+ years’ experience in Default Servicing (Judicial and Non-Judicial Foreclosures)

2+ years experience specific to Bankruptcy

2+ years experience specific to Real Estate Litigation.

Compensation:

$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 annual salary
