Responsibilities

Collaborate with BridgeBio's AI Program Director on AI vision and strategy

Understands business needs and translates them into AI project goals.

Aligns stakeholders and defines success metrics.

Prioritizes features and manages scope.

Provides deep knowledge of the business context and industry.

Helps define relevant features and interpret model outputs and usefulness.

1. Strategic & Business Skills

Align AI initiatives with business goals and KPIs

Identify and evaluate high-impact AI use cases

Define success metrics and ROI for AI projects

Manage and align stakeholders (execs, business, and technical teams)

Lead and drive AI adoption

2. Project & Program Management Skills

Create and manage project roadmaps, timelines, and resources

Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies in AI development cycles

Handle cross-functional project coordination

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks

Manage budgets, contracts, and external vendors

3. Technical & Data Literacy

Understand core AI/ML concepts (e.g., classification, clustering, NLP, LLMs)

Understand data structures, quality, and limitations

Familiarity with end-to-end ML lifecycle: data collection modeling deployment monitoring

Familiarity with AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, M365 Copilot)

Know enough to evaluate technical feasibility without needing to code

4. Communication & Leadership Skills

Translate technical concepts into business language (and vice versa)

Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority

Facilitate collaboration across product, engineering, and data science

Make informed decisions and balance speed, scope, and quality

Influence key stakeholders and champion AI initiatives

5. Ethics, Compliance & Governance

Understand regulatory compliance, data privacy and security best practices (e.g., SOX, GxP, GDPR, HIPAA)

Ensure AI systems are fair, transparent, and auditable

Apply responsible AI practices to reduce bias and ethical risks

Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on regulatory alignment and company risks
