Description:

The Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering incoming telephone calls and will provide administrative office support with a variety of related tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer incoming calls; direct all calls to the appropriate individual(s). Take messages as needed and ensure delivery of such messages, as well as provide callers with requested company information

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate individual(s)

Assist other departments with reporting and research

Check emails re: answering service, etc.

Check mail and receive packages

Schedule/reserve conference rooms for office meetings

Keep sign-in sheets up to date

Assist with kitchen maintenance, Stock coffee bars, supplies.

Assist in maintenance and ordering of office supplies

Send work orders out for office repairs

Assist with drills and training

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION / WORK EXPERIENCE:

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Professional telephone skills; excellent phone etiquette

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to interact with all levels of company personnel, utilizing strong customer service, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

High School diploma or equivalent required.

One to two years of relevant experience and/or training

2-3 years of relevant experience as a Front Desk Receptionist with Administrative skills
