This Role Requires:

Proven experience as a Superintendent on DSA school or OSHPD/HCAI healthcare construction projects in California

Experience in other types of construction (residential, TI, etc.) will not qualify

️ Key Responsibilities:

Lead field operations from site mobilization to closeout

Collaborate with PMs and estimators to build schedules and work plans

Manage subcontractor activities and ensure quality production daily

Implement and enforce site-specific safety programs and “toolbox talks”

Coordinate inspections and permits with DSA inspectors and HCAI authorities

Maintain organized documentation, drawings, and change logs

Represent the company in OAC meetings and site visits with owners and design teams

What You Bring:

5+ years of Superintendent experience on vertical DSA or healthcare builds

OSHA 30 certified

Strong knowledge of California building codes, compliance, and inspection coordination

Ability to lead jobsite crews and maintain project momentum under pressure

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam/Adobe, and construction tracking software

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites in the Inland Empire
