SAP Program Manager - Finance

Qualifications:

15+ years of progressive experience in SAP Finance, with at least 1-2 years in leadership or Director-level roles, ideally managing large-scale SAP programs.

Deep functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, including FICO, Central Finance, and related modules.

Proven hands-on background in SAP FICO consulting—must have previously worked in consulting roles, delivering end-to-end implementations and transformations.

Strong program management experience in SAP Finance initiatives, overseeing complex, cross-functional projects with significant business impact.

Solid understanding of enterprise finance processes and a strong financial acumen to engage meaningfully with business stakeholders.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills—capable of influencing and aligning C-level executives and cross-functional teams.

Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or manufacturing/automotive environments is highly desirable.

Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or equivalent.
