Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough physical examinations and skillfully interpret medical histories.

Order and analyze diagnostic tests, including X-rays and blood work.

Diagnose and treat a variety of acute illnesses, infections, and injuries.

Prescribe effective medications and treatments for various medical conditions.

Educate and counsel patients on preventive health measures and available treatment options.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

Ensure accurate medical records and documentation for all patient interactions.

Qualifications:

Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license.

Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).

Compliance with state and federal licensure requirements, including DEA.

BLS certification is a must.

Understanding of regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, and bloodborne pathogens.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Adept at performing well in fast-paced, high-stress environments.

Familiarity with electronic medical record systems.

Knowledge of medical coding and billing processes.

Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and staff.

Proficient in common PC applications such as Internet, Email, and Microsoft Office.

Pay is based on experience, starting at $65/hour.
