Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Establish, maintain, and improve quality systems to ensure high product standards
Lead development of quality standards and critical-to-quality characteristics
Develop inspection plans for new and existing parts
Maintain and analyze inspection records and corrective action systems
Perform first article inspections, raw material inspections, and finished goods assessments
Oversee employee training in quality procedures and work instructionsQualifications Section: Needed:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in manufacturing or related field (preferred)
Minimum 5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment
Strong experience with FMEA, Control Plans, and First Part Submission
Proficiency with measurement devices such as calipers, micrometers, and optical comparators
Hands-on experience in metal stamping, machining, welding, fabrication, or assembly
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized
