High-Level Description: The Contract Program Manager oversees the successful execution of the DIA CIO Infrastructure Services Contract, ensuring all deliverables align with client objectives. This role includes resource management, stakeholder engagement, and maintaining compliance with DIA and federal standards.

Detailed Description: The Contract Program Manager is responsible for leading large-scale IT infrastructure initiatives within the DIA CIO Infrastructure Services Contract. This position involves strategic planning, risk management, and performance tracking to ensure contract milestones are met on time and within budget. The Program Manager will coordinate with cross-functional teams, including government stakeholders, to address operational challenges and drive continuous improvement. This role also includes reporting on project metrics, ensuring adherence to RMF and NIST standards, and resolving escalated issues effectively.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

· PMP certification and TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph required.

· Minimum of 10 years of experience managing IT programs, with 5+ years in federal contracts.

· Expertise in ITIL frameworks and federal compliance standards.

· Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects successfully.
