Client Overview:
Our client, a family-owned business, is seeking a Sales Support Admin to join their team on a temp to perm basis. Great company culture and office environment!
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$22/hr - $25/hr
Position Overview:
The Sales Support Admin will provide administrative support to the sales team, act as the initial point of contact for new customers and provide white glove customer service throughout the ordering process. This role is fully onsite, Mon-Fri, and will start off on a temporary basis.
Responsibilities of the Sales Support Admin:
Communicate with prospective customers, complete general intake forms, set up accounts, and provide samples and additional product information
Responsible for supporting the sales department with administrative help, such as email communication, prepping samples, and ensuring satisfaction with customers
Work with a sense of urgency to ensure all customer needs are met
Assist with other projects as needed
Required Experience/Skills for the Sales Support Admin:
1 - 2 yrs experience working in a client-facing role.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Excel, pivot tables and VLOOKUPS a plus!
Ability to multi-task, learn robust product information, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
