The Digital Workplace Manager drives the adoption and optimization of digital workplace tools to improve staff productivity in communication, collaboration, automation, and project management. They establish governance frameworks, develop training programs, and enforce policies to ensure effective tool usage. By assessing staff needs and monitoring key performance metrics, they identify gaps and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency. They also stay ahead of emerging trends to introduce innovative workplace technologies as needed.

Responsibilities
Define a digital workplace strategy outlining objectives, tactics and measures for the organization’s digital workplace.
Clarify the internal and external communication and collaboration channels available to staff and how they should be used.
Develop and implement policies and best practices for available tools and ensure adherence to these policies.
Administer and manage cloud-based collaboration tools, ensuring proper configuration, access controls, and integrations to optimize usability, security, and compliance.
Stay informed on emerging workplace technologies, AI, and automation trends, evaluating new tools and recommending innovative solutions aligned with ACOG’s needs.
Design and deliver training (live sessions, self-service resources, and onboarding) and adoption programs to ensure effective use of productivity and collaboration tools.
Conduct audits of software usage to mitigate shadow IT and eliminate redundancies. Conduct feedback sessions to identify pain points and optimize tool usage.
Assess staff needs, workflows, and tool usage to identify gaps and inefficiencies. Recommend solutions to enhance productivity and collaboration.
Define and monitor adoption and usage metrics to measure tool effectiveness and adoption.
Define basic technical competencies that all staff need to have to work effectively at the organization and develop documentation and training for all staff.
Provides project management as needed to digital workplace projects.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities:
High level of proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
Deep understanding of cloud-based productivity and collaboration tools and their capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects
Strong teamwork skills
Strong business analysis skills
Strong oral, written, and facilitation communication skills
Easily adapts to changing priorities
Experience with association management preferred
Experience driving organizational change and enforcing technology policies
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience managing digital workplace tools in a business environment.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), Wrike (or similar), and other enterprise collaboration and productivity tools.
Experience with change management methodologies and training program development.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and enforce technology governance.

Compensation
The base salary for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, ACOG offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes the perks outlined below.
