QA Test Analyst 3 (Salesforce BA)

Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a QA Test Analyst 3 in Nashville, TN. The work will be done onsite. This is a long term contract. It can lead to permanent employment with our customer. Compensation is $55/hr including benefits, vision, dental, health insurance, 401K and holiday pay.

Our customer is the largest manufacturer of construction equipment in the world.

Salesforce QA/BA Developer · Collaborate with technical teams and business users to gather and document requirements for Salesforce projects. · Design and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications. · Create and execute detailed test cases, scripts, and data sets for testing Salesforce functionalities. · Identify and recommend improvements within existing workflows based on thorough business analysis. · Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). · Document test results and work closely with developers to resolve any defects. · Provide training sessions for end-users on new features or enhancements in Salesforce.

Position s Contributions to Work Group: · Enhanced Quality Assurance: Ensures the reliability and functionality of Salesforce applications through rigorous testing, reducing the likelihood of defects and improving overall system performance. · Improved Business Processes: Identifies and recommends improvements to existing workflows, leading to more efficient and effective business operations. · Stakeholder Collaboration: Acts as a bridge between technical teams and business users, facilitating clear communication and understanding of project requirements and goals. · Comprehensive Documentation: Maintains detailed documentation of test cases, results, and business requirements, providing valuable references for future projects and audits. · User Training and Support: Provides training sessions and support for end-users, enhancing their ability to utilize Salesforce features effectively and independently. · Agile Methodology Adherence: Contributes to the Agile/Scrum process by participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review sessions, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. · Data-Driven Insights: Analyzes complex data sets to provide actionable insights that inform decision-making and strategic planning.

Typical task breakdown: · Work is either assigned through projects (typically in Azure DevOps) and ServiceNow. · Most efforts have some form of project update meeting or daily/weekly SCRUM. Interaction with team: · Highly collaborative environment. · We follow Agile principles Work environment: This is a Nashville based location. Till 2025 1 day a week continuing to 2026 will be 5 days at office.

Education & Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training required. 5-7 years related experience required. Top Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one s time. Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback. Proficient knowledge of Salesforce and it s various uses Technical Skills: o Proficiency in using the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, experience cloud etc. o Experience with software testing tools is preferred but not mandatory if strong manual testing skills are demonstrated. o Knowledgeable about SQL queries and database concepts. o Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. · Business Analysis Skills: o Strong analytical skills capable of interpreting complex data sets into actionable insights. o Excellent communication skills enabling effective interaction between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders alike. · Ability to conduct requirement gathering sessions via workshops/interviews, documenting action items. · Experience Requirements: o Relevant experience in both QA and BA roles, preferably within Salesforce projects.
