Front Desk Coordinator

Job Description

Position Summary:

The Front Desk Coordinator is the face of our school! We are seeking a personable, outgoing and energetic candidate who will ensure our guests first interactions and impressions of our school are to an exceptional level!

Key Responsibilities:

-This is a 35-40 Hour/week Full Time position. Candidates must have the flexibility to work day time hours Monday-Friday, evening hours on Wedensday's and Thursday's, and Saturday's during the day.

-Greeting all guests coming through our doors with a positive attitude and smile.

-Determining what service(s) our guests are coming through for (i.e. Admissions, Salon/Spa Services, School Operations Related).

-Checking in all guests coming through for Salon/Spa Services and completing their transactions before leaving.

-Answering all phone calls and determining the appropriate staff member to receive the phone call. Maintaining a clean and organized communications log when appropriate.

-Entering prospective students into Admissions Plus database for the Admissions Representatives when they are not available to take a call.

-Maintaining a clean, organized front end area and ensuring all retail space is well maintained, cleaned and organized.

-Transactional payments via cash and card for payment of services.

-Some light administrative work can and may be assigned at times that administrative staff needs the assistance.

Qualifications:

-Minimum 2 years of experience in the customer service industry, preferably working directly, face-to-face with guests, not just over the phone interactions.

-Minimum of completion of High School Diploma or GED

-Excellent communication, organizational and strong interpersonal skills.

-Ability to multitask when necessary.

-Strong team member ethics and attitude.

-Experience working in a salon/spa atmosphere or school atmosphere is a plus, but not required.Company Description
