Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of service provided within the Managed service agreements
Coordinate with our engineering team and solution architects to design and develop innovative solutions to customer requirements
Attend or conduct Technology Business Reviews with managed accounts as needed.
Perform Full Network Evaluation for all managed service accounts
Attend any daily, weekly, and/or monthly meetings with Sales Manager and/or CEO
Resolve critical issues with any client relationships including issues with Accounting, Service, Sales, and Projects
Client trainings if necessary
Participate in ongoing strategy meetings
Attend Intelice sponsored industry, charity, educational events or training events
Keep up to date on industry related news and technology
Conduct client onboarding meeting as per the Perfect Client Experience
Update CRM opportunities and sales funnel daily
Develop & maintain relationships with Managed Service clients and prospects
Attend relevant project meetings.
Assist in any past due collections needed for Managed Service clients.
