Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Description

Responsibilities:

The Senior Salesforce Developer acts as a hands-on developer with extensive experience in leading, contributing to, and administering Salesforce platform projects from start to finish. This includes identifying and utilizing 00TB marketplace plugins instead of developing code.

Senior Developer collaborates with the Management Analyst, IT Federal Project Manager (FPM), and other stakeholders to thoroughly understand the functional and technical requirements related to case management.

Actively participates and provides inputs in major design decisions working with Architects.

Collaborates with Business Analysts, SMEs, system owners, customers, and end-users to understand their mission, current architecture, security requirements, and deliverables.

Works with the team to build a design (including data/object &

process models) that will scale to meet evolving, enterprise, and future state needs with a focus

on the project release goals.

Engages closely with the team to develop a comprehensive and scalable design that encompasses both data and object models as well as process models.

Designs and develops the system to set the standard for future development, craft an architecture that smoothly works with existing infrastructure without compromising security; and identifies and introduces new opportunities to build platform-based solutions to help the users meet their toughest challenges.

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years’ experience in Salesforce as a full-stack developer.

Current Certifications as Salesforce Developer III and Salesforce Administrator.

Resume must demonstrate experience in large development efforts utilizing Agile and/or Scaled Agile methodologies.Company Description
