Warehouse Bookkeeper

Job Description

Transactional activities including Accounts payable, accounts receivable (revenue recognition and billing), general accounting, reconciliations, month-end close, and maintaining workpapers.

- Verify vendor accounts, pay vendors and resolve purchase order, invoice or payment discrepancies and managing Company’s returns through RMA’s.

- Maintain proactive emails and provide daily summaries/reports detailing completed tasks and communications and discuss priorities for the following week.

-Filling a monthly company’s tax for NC & Nationwide (Including 11 states) under defined timeline with 100% accuracy.

-Monitor payroll expense, claims, including salary advances and overtime payments.

-Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

-Analyze financial statements and reports to identify discrepancies or trends.

-Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

-Prepares check requests, wire transfers, and ACH transactions.

-Reconciles various accounts on a monthly basis, bringing any discrepancies to the attention of the Worthy President/Controller

-Files, maintains, and distributes accounting documents, records and reports.

-Assist in compiling information and preparing responses to auditors during the monthly/Quarterly audit financials.

-Recommending and implementing improvements to accounting, operations, internal controls, and compliance policies and procedures, supporting client strategy and best practices.

-Assist the procurement manager in receiving an Inventory and make sure all the inventory is become a part of financial system through Scanning system before transfer to their respective shelf.Company Description
