Office Administrator – Commercial Contracting Company
We are a well-established commercial contracting company seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Office Administrator to join our team on-site. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in contractor billing and payroll reporting who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage contractor billing, including AIA documentation (G702/G703 forms)
Prepare and submit accurate certified payroll reports
Submit and maintain accurate union wage reports
Keep thorough and organized records in compliance with company and regulatory standards
Act as a self-starter, taking initiative and managing tasks with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
Experience with AIA billing and certified payroll reporting is required
Prior work with union wages and compliance reporting
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or construction management software is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule: Full-time, in-office
