Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing client relationships and act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of business clients

Coordinate client projects, ensuring timelines are adhered to and that all deliverables are met

Work with the sales team to identify business opportunities and support efforts to upsell services

Help senior managers develop strategies to meet client business goals and deliver measurable results

Track client performance and help create reports to share insights and recommendations for improvements

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and projects are executed smoothly

Who You Are

A recent graduate or someone with practical experience in a customer-facing role

A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills, able to manage relationships with clients and work closely with colleagues

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
