General Manager for high end Italian concept

Job Description

Join our team at a high end Italian concept in New Orleans as our General Manager! We're an elevated high end restaurant specializing in handcrafted Italian cuisine and cocktails.

Salary range $95-100k depending on experience

General Manager Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

Oversee operations of the restaurant, maintaining a collaborative environment between FOH and BOH staff

Ensure total guest satisfaction while increasing sales, profits, and brand awareness through excellent execution of operational standards and guidelines.

Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage and labor costs.

General Manager Skills/Qualifications:

4-5 years of restaurant leadership experience.

Genuine enthusiasm and warmth towards the guest and attitude of Service. Is self-motivated and competitive.

Can conduct a variety of administrative duties that maximize the efficiency, productivity, and organization of the restaurant and team.

Has the ability to supervise, coach, develop, lead & motivate employees.

Can establish, maintain and enforce consistently high standards.

Is capable of adapting his/her leadership style to a variety of situations and scenarios.
