Job Overview:
Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual with a knack for sales? Do you excel in high-energy, target-driven environments? We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will be a crucial part of our sales efforts, engaging with leads generated by our marketing team, and helping to shape the future of our firm. If you have excellent communication skills and a talent for sales, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead Management: Handle a high volume of leads generated by our marketing team through various channels, including calls, texts, and emails.
- Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to ensure they are a good fit for our services, then pass them on to our intake team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the intake and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve lead conversion rates.
-Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in Salesforce.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience as an SDR or in a similar sales role.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Strong outbound sales skills and experience managing a large volume of leads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and ambitious with a strong work ethic.

- Comprehensive training provided, including scripts and messaging templates developed by our intake and marketing teams.
- Continuous support to help you achieve and exceed your goals.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary (depending on experience) + incentive pay (will be discussed in interview).
