Hardscape Crew Leader (Full-Time, $60K$80K)

Salary: $60,000$80,000/year + overtime after 40 hrs/week

Schedule: MondayFriday (occasional Saturdays in peak season)

Your Day-to-Day:

Lead a team installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living areas

Operate mini excavators, loaders, compactors

Ensure grading, backfilling, and stonework precision

Manage job sites, timelines, and collaborate with clients/suppliers

What You Bring:

2+ years' experience in hardscape (pavers, stone, walls, etc.)

Leadership ability to train and motivate crews

Ability to read landscape blueprints

Driver's License (required); CDL/Class A or ICPI a plus

Ready to work outdoors in all conditions
