Home Sales Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking a Home Sales Consultant to join our growing team! You will handle all manufactured home activities and transactions on behalf of the clients.

Responsibilities:

List and sell residential or commercial real estate

Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers

Host open houses and other events

Develop and maintain strong product knowledge for 11 factories and 12 financial lenders

Educate clients on basic sales procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in homes sales

Familiarity with mortgage contracts and credit applications

Ability to build rapport with customers providing a world class buying experience

Strong negotiation skills
