Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Commercial Customer Service Representative (Commercial CSR) to join our team. The Commercial CSR will be responsible for providing excellent service to our commercial clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a commercial or business-to-business setting.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse clients.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer service software.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with commercial clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person in a timely manner.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and escalate when necessary.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients.
