Job Description
0-4 years of experience as a Handyman/Property Maintenance Tech (if needed, we will train):
Maintenance - Perform general maintenance and repairs, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing and minor construction
Installation - Install and replace floors, stairs, piping, lights, blinds and perform minor construction
Painting - Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other parts of residential properties
Cleaning - Clean up and maintain work sites in the properties we manage
This position provides an opportunity for bonuses and promotions
Handyman job requirements include:
Previous experience is not necessary but would be welcomed
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to stay focused on a task for several hours and deliver quality work
Ability to safely use common power and hand tools, along with sound decision-making
Well-organized and able to prioritize and keep track of time and expenses
