POSITION SUMMARY:
Assist the customer service operations; dealing directly with customers, process work
order requests from customers for the Services Department, review the daily schedules,
handle anything related to Customer Service issues and appointment scheduling.
Essential Functions:
Point of contact with customers by telephone
Answer telephone lines, screen and direct calls, relay messages
Receive service requests from customers and enter into the system
Process daily work orders and service requests
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the necessary Services Supervisor and/or designated Sales Person
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Maintain work orders filed in numerical order, keep six months onsite, and file remainder in storage.
Assist in scheduling
Other Duties:
· Ability to organize and prioritize work
· Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role
· Other duties as assigned by Management, as the company needs may require
Supervision:
· This job has no supervisory duties
Job Qualifications:
Preferred: Knowledge and solid proficiency in American Contractors (or similar software)
Required: Microsoft Office applications including minimum of intermediate level Excel
Required: Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
Required: Ability to work independently and multi-task and utilize work day to accomplish daily tasks and goals
Required: Able to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred: Knowledge and experience in construction
Experience:
Two years experience in Customer Service environment
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Demands:
Occasional lifting up to twenty pounds
Must be able to sit and work at a computer station
Must be able to stoop, kneel, climb stairs and bend at the waist, and reach on a daily basis
Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; and extensive reading.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
