Job Description
5-7 years of Human Resources experience
Union experience is required, including answering grievances, contract negotiations, unfair labor practices, etc
comfortable with employee relations experience, including coaching, investigations, responses, and recommendations
Familiar with working with in-house legal counsel
ability to diagnose and solve performance problems
Experience in workforce planning in a corporate environment
excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
ability to deliver presentations, document issues, provide recommendations, and alternatives
