REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must have excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school and strong legal writing and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in a mid-size to large law firm, along with experience drafting pleadings, conducting research, and managing discovery in the areas of trade secrets, trademark, copyright, patent, or other intellectual property litigation. The firm is seeking a candidate who possesses a strong work ethic and is a team player. A federal clerkship or a state appellate clerkship is a plus. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Texas.
