The Land Development Offsite Purchasing Agent will review acquired land parcels, reading the land maps and plans to determine which engineering, architectural and other developmental services (grading, etc.) to prepare the land for building.

The purchasing Agent will get quotes/estimates for the needed services to prepare each of the land parcels.

Additional duties will include: -Land Acquisition Support Vendor Management Cost Analysis and budgeting Contract Administration Compliance and Quality Control Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, or a related field.

Proven experience in purchasing and procurement, preferably within the real estate development industry.

Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing and contract terms.

Understanding of land development processes, including site preparation, infrastructure construction, and permitting.

Proficiency in analyzing financial data and creating cost projections Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
