The General Manager oversees all aspects of warehouse operations, including managing inventory, shipping and receiving, staffing, and logistics while maintaining the highest level of quality.

Pay Rate

$115,000-$150,000 per year

Schedule will vary.

General Manager Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the warehouse operations.

Implementing and enforcing safety protocols, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Overseeing the flow of goods into and out of the warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.

Supervising and motivating warehouse staff, ensuring they are trained and compliant with safety regulations.

Optimizing warehouse space utilization to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.

Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), generating reports, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.

Liaising with various departments, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Overseeing the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, vehicles, and other machinery.

General Manager Qualifications and Requirements

10+ years in Packaging

Elevated knowledge of Maintenance

Mechanically inclined

Project Maintenance/Management

Leadership skills

Excellent problem-solving skills

Inspection and audit processes

AA or bachelor’s degree preferred

Physical demands: Must be able to lift to 55 lbs. (assessment will be administered in office)
