WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

This role will focus on strategic operations to scale a growing company with strong knowledge of process efficiencies and DAILY EXECUTION OF TEAM EXCELLENCE.

Your focus is to drive the on-brand execution of all projects while meeting the expectations of clients while supporting and mentoring employees. The Most Critical Outcome is EBITDA $ to goal and your mission is ensure the consistent execution of the strategic plan while you Lead, Manage, Retain and hold Executive Team accountable.

Salary Range: $175K - $190K + Performance Bonus + Equity + 401K w/Match + Full Healthcare Benefits Package

Location: Onsite in Phoenix office & client sites as needed bases.

Expected Work Hours: 40+ hours per week (depending on need)

Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years of upper management/leadership position with a construction/service-related company

Strong business acumen with strategic scaling approach, can speak to actuals, good with numbers, can identify and manage to KPIs and is a "roll up your sleeves" leader

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, detailed oriented

Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivated with a strong work ethic that can drive teams within restoration environment post disaster

Maintain a good driving record and possess a valid driver s license

General construction and mechanical knowledge, will manage skilled trades within construction related services

Ability to network and build relationships with clients, vendors and subcontractors
