Human Resources Generalist

Our manufacturing client located 15 miles outside of Peterborough, NH is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join their team!

Your qualifications for the Human Resources Generalist position are as follows:

3-5 years of well-rounded HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Team player with excellent communication skills

Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment

Superior attention to detail

Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite, ADP Workforce, ERP systems, and E-Verify preferred

Ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively manage sensitive situations Benefits you will receive as the Human Resources Generalist:

$60k-$75k/year depending on skills and experience

Manage recruiting and hiring processes, including developing and posting job advertisements, screening and interviewing candidates, preparing offer letters, and administering new hire orientation and onboarding

Maintain accurate employee files

Process payroll and administer benefits

Assist employees with HR-related inquiries

Support employee relations and special events

Assist in payroll and benefits audits
