Key Responsibilities:

Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures

Ensure the surgical field is sterile and safe

Pass instruments and supplies to surgeons during operations

Maintain proper handling of surgical specimens

Assist in post-operative clean-up and restocking

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required

BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)

Previous experience preferred but not required

Strong communication and organizational skills
