Compensation

Average Weekly Pay: $1,900 - $2,200

Paid via direct deposit weekly

Bonus Pay

Uncapped bonus programs – Quarterly/Annual Safety Bonus - This is based on overall financial performance and driver safety

$100 Clean Roadside Inspection Bonus

Unlimited $2,000 Driver Referral Bonus (paid out at 30 days and 90 days)

Home Time: Regional - Home 2 days per week. Home Daily available.

Operating Area: Dedicated Round-Trip runs primarily to IL, MI, OH, MN, KY, WI, and IA

Driver Activity: Live unload and strapping required & 10% tarping

Equipment

Late model automatic

Flatbed / Conestoga -- no slip seating!

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age

Must have at least 1 year of Class A tractor-trailer experience & recent flatbed experience with safe driving record

Must have CDL A license from your state of residence

Hazmat Required (NFI will assist)

Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations

Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen

No DUIs/Careless/Reckless convictions in the past 5 years.

Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 75 miles of Plainfield, IN or willing to relocate
