MISSIONOFTHEPOSITION

We are seeking an experienced and results oriented Product Manager to drive the sales and inventory management of our technology product portfolio within the LATAM region. This role focuses on optimizing inventory rotation, developing sales strategies, and ensuring market availability through effective distribution management. The Product Manager will act as a vital link between the manufacturer, distributor, and sales channels, enhancing product visibility and driving adoption.

KeyResponsibilities:

SalesandProductPortfolioManagement

Overseethemanagementofhigh-turnoverproductsintheLATAMregion,ensuringalignmentwithmarketdemand.

Developandexecutestrategiestooptimizeproductsales,focusingoninventoryrotationandstockmanagement.

Adapttheportfoliobasedonregionalmarketinsights,customerneeds,andcompetitoranalysis.

2.DistributorandManufacturerRelations

Negotiateagreements,pricing,andpromotionalactivitieswithmanufacturersanddistributors.

Monitorandensurecompliancewithsalesobjectives,contractualobligations,andregionalsalestargets.

Fosterstrongrelationshipswithdistributorstomaximizeproductreachandsalesperformance.

3.InventoryManagement

Manageinventorylevelsacrossalldistributionchannels,ensuringtherightbalancebetweenstockavailabilityandturnover.

Implementstrategiestoreduceobsoletestockwhileensuringproductsareavailabletomeetdemand.

4.MarketStrategyandSalesDevelopment

DevelopandimplementsalesstrategiestodriveproductadoptionacrosstheLATAMmarket.

Workcloselywithmanufacturersanddistributorstoexecutesalescampaignsthatalignwithmarkettrends.

Collaboratewiththesalesteamtoensurethatkeyproductsareprioritizedandachievesalesgoals.

5.AnalysisandReporting

Monitorkeyperformanceindicators(KPIs),suchassalesvolume,margins,andinventoryturnover,toassessproductandsalesperformance.

Provideregularreportsandinsightstomanufacturersandseniorleadershiptoinformstrategyanddecision-making.

Conductmarketanalysistoidentifytrends,newopportunities,andareasforimprovement.

Qualifications:

Education:Bachelor'sdegreeinBusinessAdministration,CommercialEngineering,Marketing,InformationTechnology,orarelatedfield.

Experience:3+yearsofexperienceinproductmanagementorsaleswithinthetechnologyorITdistributionsector,withafocusonmanaginginventoryanddrivingsales.

Provenabilitytomanagedistributorrelationshipsandnegotiateagreements.

Expertiseininventorymanagement,salesstrategydevelopment,andmarketanalysis.

Languages:

AdvancedSpanish(requiredfortheLATAMregion).

AdvancedEnglish(oralandwritten)required.

Portuguese(desirable)forregionalcollaboration.

TechnicalSkills:

ProficiencyinMicrosoftOffice(Excel,PowerPoint).

KnowledgeofITsolutions(hardware,software,cloudservices).

Stronganalyticalskillstointerpretsalesdataandmarkettrends.
