Some of your responsibilities include the following:

Perform and coordinate technology related activities involving the use of BIM software

Responsible for 3D design modeling of MEP systems in Autodesk Revit software

Produce drawings and design of MEP systems including equipment arrangement drawings, diagrams, plan and section drawings, and details in collaboration with engineers and other designers

Coordinate layout of equipment and routing of piping, ductwork, electrical and other miscellaneous components with other disciplines and models

Act as a technical resource for other team members on use of Revit and BIM software

Essential Skill & Requirements:

5+ years of computer aided drafting and design in Revit

Associate degree or equivalent from a vocational training program or technical school

Ideal candidate would have similar MEP design experience in an A/E consulting environment

Proficient in creating Revit content, model set-up and workflows

Experience with Navisworks and BIM360 Cloud Collaboration is a plus

Ability to learn new software programs and tools

The compensation range that we expect to pay for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 and is dependent upon years of experience, location, specialized skillsets, professional licensure and education.
